Refund Anticipation Loans or RAL’s are loans offered to Jackson Hewitt customers and secured by the customer's anticipated federal tax refund. The RAL loan amount, less fees and charges are typically disbursed to customers within one day from the time their tax return was electronically filed with the IRS.
Assisted Refunds – Receive your refund in approximately 8 to 15 days. Clients have the option of having their tax return preparation fees and charges withheld directly from their tax refunds. You then have the choice of receiving a bank check in the amount of the net tax refund or having the remainder of the refund direct deposited into the your own bank account.
Gold Guarantee is an extended warranty that will reimburse you up to $5,000 of additional tax or reduction of refund resulting from tax preparer error.
